Permissions & ACP Logs
To ensure data privacy and administrative control, access to the logs generated by this plugin is restricted by permissions.
📊 Viewing the Logs
Once the plugin is installed, two new menu items appear in your ACP under: Users → User Management
1. Resent Activation Emails
- Purpose: Tracks every reminder email sent by the system.
- Data: User ID, Username, Email, Registration Date, Resend Date.
2. Deleted Unconfirmed Users
- Purpose: Permanent record of deleted accounts.
- Data: User ID, Username, Email, Registration Date, Deletion Date.
Note
🔒 Privacy & GDPR To comply with data protection regulations, sensitive data like usernames and email addresses in these logs are partially anonymized (e.g.,
us***@domain.com) before being stored.
🔑 User Group Permissions
By default, only Administrators have access to these logs. If you want to grant access to other staff members (e.g., Moderators), you must adjust their permissions.
How to grant access:
- Navigate to Users → User Groups → List User Groups.
- Edit the desired group (e.g., "Super Moderators").
- Select the tab Administrative Rights.
- Scroll to the category User Functions.
- Enable the checkbox:
- ✅ Can view logs for unconfirmed users
Tip
Enabling this single permission grants read access to both log pages (Resent Emails & Deleted Users).
