🔗 Plugin Store Link Update

Updates the Plugin Store badge links in both README files to point to their respective language-specific plugin pages.

Changes

  • ✅ Updated Plugin Store link in README.md (English) → English version (ID 8094)
  • ✅ Updated Plugin Store link in README_DE.md (German) → German version (ID 8093)
  • ✅ Links now point to language-specific plugin store pages for better user experience
